No setup fees. The Basic Account is completely free, Basic Storefront is $19.99/month, and Premium Business is $49.99/month with no additional charges.

What are Business Operation Modules?

Operation modules add specialized tools for your business type. Basic Storefront includes Inventory & Stock Management; you can add Appointments, Events & Ticketing, or Rental Management as paid add-ons. Premium Business includes all modules at no extra cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards. Additional options may apply depending on the listing or storefront.

How many auctions can I run?

Basic Account includes up to 3 concurrent auctions and 5 per rolling 30-day window — ideal for occasional sellers clearing out gear. Free sellers get a lightweight order and fulfillment view so they can still ship, mark as delivered, and track payout. Basic Storefront raises caps to 25 concurrent · 25 per 30 days and unlocks the full auction fulfillment workspace (bid notifications, tracking, settlement history). Premium Business removes the cap entirely and adds advanced bid analytics. From time to time we run launch promos that grant bonus auctions — any active bonus is shown in your auction dashboard.

Can I invoice customers or send a payment link?

Yes. On Basic Storefront and Premium Business, you can create invoices and share payment links so customers can pay online by card. Basic Account does not include the invoicing workspace.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel a paid plan at any time and you will keep access through the end of your current billing period.
