Basic Account includes up to 3 concurrent auctions and 5 per rolling 30-day window — ideal for occasional sellers clearing out gear. Free sellers get a lightweight order and fulfillment view so they can still ship, mark as delivered, and track payout. Basic Storefront raises caps to 25 concurrent · 25 per 30 days and unlocks the full auction fulfillment workspace (bid notifications, tracking, settlement history). Premium Business removes the cap entirely and adds advanced bid analytics. From time to time we run launch promos that grant bonus auctions — any active bonus is shown in your auction dashboard.
Yes. On Basic Storefront and Premium Business, you can create invoices and share payment links so customers can pay online by card. Basic Account does not include the invoicing workspace.
