Prohibited & Restricted Items

Link345 is committed to a safe and lawful marketplace. This policy lists categories of items and content that are prohibited or restricted on the platform. Violations may result in listing removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Completely Prohibited

The following may never be listed on Link345:

• Illegal items: any item whose sale, purchase, or possession is illegal under Cayman Islands law or applicable international law.
• Counterfeit goods: replicas, knock-offs, or items that infringe another party’s trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights.
• Stolen property: items obtained through theft, fraud, or other unlawful means.
• Drugs and controlled substances: illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and controlled substances.
• Weapons and ammunition: firearms, explosives, ammunition, and items designed primarily as weapons (including knives marketed as weapons).
• Child exploitation material: any content depicting, encouraging, or facilitating the exploitation of children, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Pornographic and sexually explicit content: explicit adult content, services, or media.
• Content promoting self-harm or violence: content encouraging, promoting, or providing instructions for suicide, self-injury, eating disorders, terrorism, or acts of violence.
• Human remains and body parts: the sale of human remains, organs, or body parts.
• Protected wildlife and plants: items made from or containing endangered species, or products banned under CITES or Cayman Islands environmental law.
• Hazardous materials: toxic chemicals, radioactive materials, flammable substances, and other dangerous goods that cannot be safely shipped or stored.
• Government-issued documents and IDs: passports, driver’s licences, government IDs, or official documents (genuine or forged).
• Financial instruments: cash equivalents, gift cards with obscured PINs, pre-loaded credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency mining contracts sold as investment vehicles.
• Recalled products: items subject to an official safety recall.

Restricted (Conditions Apply)

The following may be listed only if the seller complies with all applicable conditions:

• Alcohol and tobacco: may only be listed by sellers who hold the appropriate Cayman Islands licence and comply with all age-verification requirements.
• Food and perishables: must comply with Cayman Islands food safety regulations; sellers must clearly state shelf life, storage requirements, and ingredient/allergen information.
• Health and medical products: over-the-counter products may be listed; prescription medications and unapproved medical devices may not.
• Vehicles: motor vehicle listings must accurately represent the vehicle’s condition, mileage, and legal status; transfer of title must comply with Cayman Islands law.
• Real estate: property listings must accurately represent the property; all transactions must be completed in accordance with Cayman Islands conveyancing law.
• Used electronics: must be accurately described as used; data must be wiped before sale; batteries must comply with shipping regulations where applicable.
• Event tickets: sellers must hold valid tickets and accurately describe seat/section, date, and any transfer restrictions.

Prohibited Content and Behaviour

In addition to prohibited items, the following conduct is not permitted:

• Posting false, inaccurate, or misleading descriptions or images.
• Using stock photos or stolen images without permission.
• Spam, unsolicited messages, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or defamatory content.
• Manipulating prices, feedback, ratings, or search rankings.
• Scraping, data mining, or using automated tools to access Link345 without permission.
• Attempting to transact outside of Link345 to avoid fees.

Reporting Violations

If you see a listing or content that violates this policy, please report it immediately using the “Report” button on any listing or profile page, or contact us at trust@link345.ky.

We review all reports and take action as described in the Illegal and Harmful Content section of our Terms.

Enforcement

Listings that violate this policy will be removed without notice. Repeat or serious violations may result in immediate and permanent account suspension. We cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law.

This policy supplements our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail.
