These terms govern your use of the Link 345 marketplace platform in the Cayman Islands.
User Responsibilities
- You must be 18+ to use Link 345
- Provide accurate information in listings and profile
- Respect other users and communicate professionally
- Only list items you own or have permission to sell
- Follow all applicable Cayman Islands laws
Prohibited Activities
- Posting illegal, stolen, or counterfeit items
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent activities
- Harassment, threats, or inappropriate content
- Circumventing platform fees or policies
- Using automated tools or bots
Listing Guidelines
- Accurate descriptions and recent photos required
- Set fair, realistic prices for items
- Respond promptly to genuine inquiries
- Honor agreements made through our platform
- Update or remove sold/unavailable items
Platform Rights
- We may remove listings that violate policies
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Modify features and policies with notice
- Charge fees for premium services
- Use aggregated data for platform improvement
Wallet Credits
- Wallet Credits are prepaid balance for eligible Link 345 services only, not cash or e-money.
- They cannot be sold, assigned, or transferred to another person or account.
- They cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or refunded except where required by applicable law.
- Amounts may be displayed in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD) for convenience; KYD is used to represent value, not to hold funds in a bank account on your behalf.

Account Registration
To use Link 345, you must create an account and agree to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
- Provide accurate, current information during registration
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- You may have only one account per person
Transactions and Payments
Link 345 facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not responsible for the actual transactions between users.
- All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly
- We recommend meeting in safe, public locations
- Verify items before making payments
- Report suspicious activities immediately
- Platform fees apply to promotional services
Wallet Credits
"Wallet Credits" means prepaid credit recorded on your Link 345 account that you may use only to pay for platform fees and services we make available (for example, advertising, promotions, and other paid features). Wallet Credits are not a deposit, stored-value instrument, or payment instrument regulated as such unless applicable law says otherwise.
- Wallet Credits have no cash value outside Link 345 and are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.
- Wallet Credits are personal to your account: you may not transfer, sell, gift, or assign them to any other user or third party.
- Purchases that add Wallet Credits are generally final and non-refundable once credits are issued, except where required by applicable law or where we expressly agree otherwise (for example, a duplicate charge or payment processing error we confirm).
- We may display your balance or fees in KYD (Cayman Islands Dollars) for clarity and comparison. KYD is used as a unit of account to represent value on the platform; it does not mean we hold KYD in a bank account in your name.
- We may adjust how Wallet Credits may be used, or apply credits against amounts you owe us, in line with these Terms and any feature-specific terms. If you have a dispute about Wallet Credits, contact support using the channels shown on the platform.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Link 345 certain rights to display and distribute it on our platform.
- You must own or have permission to post all content
- We can use your content to promote our services
- Respect others' intellectual property rights
- Report copyright infringement to us promptly
Dispute Resolution
While we encourage users to resolve disputes amicably, Link 345 provides guidance and support when needed.
- First, try to resolve issues directly with the other party
- Contact our support team if you need assistance
- We may mediate disputes in good faith
- Serious violations may result in account suspension
- Legal disputes are subject to Cayman Islands law
Limitation of Liability
Important: Link 345 is a platform that connects users but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items or the accuracy of listings.
- We are not responsible for disputes between users
- Use the platform at your own risk and discretion
- We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent allowed by law
- Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid, if any
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
