Fee Schedule
Transparent pricing for selling, payments, and business services on Link345.
The following fee schedule applies to services offered on Link345. Rates below are the live values configured for this environment and update when platform settings change. Fees are subject to change; we will post updates on this page in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. All fees are quoted in Cayman Islands Dollars (KYD) unless stated otherwise.
Selling Fees
When you sell an item through Link345’s managed payments, the following fees are deducted from the gross transaction amount before settlement to the seller:

Auction Fees
Bid and proxy-bid amounts below are charged from Wallet Credits when bidding. They are separate from platform commission. The commission on an auction win is the Auctions (winning sale) row in the Platform commission table above (4% of gross)— not an extra fee on top of that rate.

Payout Transfer Fees
When Link345 disburses your seller balance to your linked bank account, a per-payout transfer fee applies:

Payout schedule
Seller balances from completed settlements are disbursed to your linked bank account once per week. A linked bank account is required; settlements without one are skipped until banking details are on file. The transfer fees in the table above are deducted per payout, not per order.

Link345 offers tiered business subscriptions. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial.

Module Add-ons (Basic Brand Store plan)
Basic plan subscribers can add optional operation modules for CI$5.00 per module per month each:

- Events & Ticketing
- Rentals
These modules are included at no additional cost on the Premium Brand Store plan.
Wallet Credits
Wallet Credits are purchased at face value (e.g. CI$25.00 top-up = CI$25.00 credit balance). Credits are used to pay for advertising, promotions, auction bid fees, and other eligible platform services. Wallet Credits are non-transferable and generally non-refundable. Advertising & Promotions
Advertising and listing promotion costs vary by placement, format, and duration. All ad spend is deducted from your Wallet Credits balance. Visit our advertising guide for current pricing on featured listings, boosts, spotlight placements, and ad packages.
Listing Fees
Creating a listing on Link345 is free. There are no insertion fees or listing fees. Fees apply only when a sale is completed through managed payments, or when you purchase optional paid services (subscriptions, promotions, advertising, wallet credits).
